Job Description:

How do we expand the market of Refinery29’s lifestyle platform and deepen our users’ engagement?  As the Head of Growth Engineering, you will develop and shape a technology vision to answer that question every day.  You’ll be responsible for leading, mentoring, growing and inspiring a talented team of engineers behind that vision, especially as we expand globally.  You will promote a culture of excellence in executing on high-quality software and collaborate with talented product and design teams to scale our products and solutions.  You care deeply about Refinery29’s culture and core values, as you balance technical decisions for growth while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
