Head of HR Share Service Center

Beijing, China

Major Responsibilities

 

  1. Lead HR sharing center and design global HR SSC operation strategy, including service scope, SLA, delivery model, team structure, cost and system deployment plan; and also service extension, HC planning, communication strategy, cost effectiveness.
  2. Design and implementation of HR digital project. Improve the overall efficiency of the company's human resource management;
  3. Standardization of HR operation process and service delivery management:
  4. Continuous improvement and optimization of the processes and services of the HR sharing center to enhance the satisfaction of internal employees;
  5. Sharing of SLA of HR Sharing Center Service Agreement;
  6. Fully communicate with HR internal colleagues and key business personnel to facilitate the smooth operation of HR's three-pillar management model.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. More than 10 years of HR experience, at least 5 years of HR shared service center implementation and management experience;
  2. HR team management (direct plus indirect management) experience with more than 10 people;
  3. More than 2 years of working experience in a global company with more than 3,000 employees.
