Lead HR sharing center and design global HR SSC operation strategy, including service scope, SLA, delivery model, team structure, cost and system deployment plan; and also service extension, HC planning, communication strategy, cost effectiveness.
Design and implementation of HR digital project. Improve the overall efficiency of the company's human resource management;
Standardization of HR operation process and service delivery management:
Continuous improvement and optimization of the processes and services of the HR sharing center to enhance the satisfaction of internal employees;
Sharing of SLA of HR Sharing Center Service Agreement;
Fully communicate with HR internal colleagues and key business personnel to facilitate the smooth operation of HR's three-pillar management model.
More than 10 years of HR experience, at least 5 years of HR shared service center implementation and management experience;
HR team management (direct plus indirect management) experience with more than 10 people;
More than 2 years of working experience in a global company with more than 3,000 employees.
