We are looking for our first leader of Infrastructure to own and build a best in class program across the Nogle Group. You will own a diverse mix of service lines across Fintech, Web3, Trading, and other emerging venture products as we build them. We’re looking for business enablers that understand how building high quality Systems, Databases, Networks, DevOps, Security, and IT support can drive revenue growth. You will work across the group in close partnership with our COO, CISO, and CTO to make this a reality.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and build the end to end service architecture across Systems, Databases, Networks, Security, IT Support, DevOps, and IT forensics
- Build and manage our global Cloud and Data Center Strategy
- Develop and assess existing program effectiveness, prove continuous improvement with a focus on emerging technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams for end-to-end solutions
- Analyze existing AWS and Cloud infrastructures, create metrics, reports, and action plans on optimization
- Planning and budgeting of wider ERP with a mix of in house and vendor solutions
- Creation of business continuity and risk management plans
- Oversee and direct the timely evaluation, qualification, purchasing and implementation of new software, products, tools and appliances across the group
- Serve as a technical expert and thought leader for the company’s infrastructure, including but not limited to data center operations, network engineering, storage administration, and server virtualization
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure systems
- Ensure that all infrastructure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality
- Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience building and directing IT infrastructure programs end to end, with 5+ years of management experience
- Highly technical and analytical, with progressive technology implementation and operational experience
- Strong hands on experience across AWS or other top cloud environments
- Previous experience building across a fast moving, complex organization structure with constant change
- Strong business acumen on partnering with C levels, forecasting and planning
- Able to understand wider business goals and anticipate Infrastructure needs
- Highly adaptable around new product and business launches
- Ability to clearly define what high performing operations, metrics, and workflows look like and how to build them from scratch
