At Famly, we’re looking for a Head of Inside Sales to join our sales management team and be an integrated part of defining our inside sales strategy and build the outbound organisation required to achieve the targets for each of our core markets.
And Famly are...? Well it all began when our co-founder Henrik’s daughter was ready to start at daycare. He couldn’t believe the amount of work being done on paper - and how distant he felt from his first child during the day. The paper ‘parent’ books they exchanged once a month just weren’t cutting it. Together with his friend, our co-founder and CEO Anders, they set about solving that.
These days, the 70 of us building Famly talk about trying to do two things for our 3,200 customers:
Giving children the best possible start to life.
Championing the vital work that goes into making that happen.
We do it with software that brings hundreds of thousands of parents closer to their child’s day while they’re away from them. We also make financial, pedagogical, and planning tools for more than 34,000 childcare professionals, saving them hours and reducing their admin stress.
Ultimately, that gives them more time and headspace for the little ones that really matter. Come help us make that happen.
As this is a newly defined position in Famly, you will therefore be able to influence and design the role and apply your existing toolbox. Or in short; on the basis of your experience, you will be responsible for designing our inside sales approach and setting up the teams across markets required to fuel our future revenue growth.
You will be working in close collaboration with the heads of sales for each key market and other commercial functions, to ensure that we create a coherent and optimal customer experience, so you should be excited about achieving goals as a team. You will report directly to the CCO and will be a part of the global commercial management team.
What you'll be doing:
There are two key focus areas for our new Head of Inside Sales; sales and team leadership:
Develop and build Famly’s outbound inside sales function in the UK and DACH, our processes and capabilities.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s outbound sales goals across markets.
Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales execs, CCO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Structure and expand our outbound lead creation and increase the overall customer intake from this channel.
Participate and contribute to developing the overall sales strategy and focus areas for Famly.
Attract and hire the right talent to build the function and ensure successful onboarding and forward career development for your team members.
Take ownership of leading the team from the front and developing a stellar group of individuals who drive the market and revenue performance across markets as well as maintaining Famly’s overall reputation.
Collaborate with Famly's other departments, in marketing, product and customer support and success, to fight for our customers and create a cohesive customer experience.
Build and foster an engaged team-atmosphere with focus on winning together and constantly striving higher.
