About the role
In this role, you can help magnify the productivity and focus of our team, helping Fathom stay mission-focused and driven to have a large positive effect on the future of machine intelligence. We're a small but fast-growing team and offer a workplace deeply focussed on positive productivity, a healthy culture, and working towards our mission.
Our ideal candidate will care deeply about our mission, and be willing to lead across a variety of areas such as finance, office management, HR, strategy and hiring. We're looking for people with a range of skills, but we don't require experience in every single one of these areas. We're especially excited about people who have previously managed this work at a start-up.
Areas of contribution
- Making sure that our day-to-day operations and tools run smoothly, working across other teams and our external providers
- Owning our internal processes such as company policies, compensation, performance and career management, organizational documentation, employee engagement and internal communication.
- Working closely with our leadership team on our organizational strategy and projecting its reflections on operations and recruitment
- Providing a seamless onboarding experience to new members of our team
- Maintaining and improving our company culture to reflect our core values
- Proactively scaling the operations resources and teams to meet the growing needs of our company

Indicative salary range for this role: $80,000 to $140,000
For all roles, we target market salaries, with an additional benefits package. Our comprehensive benefits include startup equity, medical expenses coverage (including extra coverage for employees with a family).
