You role at zenloop:

We’re looking for an experienced Head of People and Culture to lead on all aspects of people related functions covering Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Culture and Learning & Development. Partnering with our Founders, Managers and your growing team, you will take ultimate responsibility over defining and driving our people strategy.

As part of the leadership team our Head of People and Culture will cover a wide range of responsibilities across the below areas.


Talent Acquisition: 

  • Evolve and execute an overall HR and hiring strategy that enables sustainable and successful company growth
  • Grow and lead our recruitment team and implementing end-to-end recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best talent

Culture, Learning and Development: 

  • Design a Learning and Development strategy, including career a career path model and team development initiatives
  • Ensure our guiding values (Fast, Positive, Excellent and Together) are reflected in everything we do here, translating them into everyday practices with a clear vision of how to improve and build culture
  • Be a trusted partner for employees and the leadership team who gives sound advice

Human Resources

  • Provide recommendations and implement best practice HR, considering commercial outcomes
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, tactics and all people related administration 
  • Take a hands-on leadership approach to inspire and motivate the workforce, and foster collaboration across teams
