The Head of People is part of the Management team, alongside the CEO and Head of Client Operations. Responsible for the internal people team, whereby the focus is on learning and development, internal recruitment and general HR.
The Head of People has 4 key focuses:
People Management and Coaching lead by example managing the Junior Recruiters/Talent Hackers, Internal Recruiter and Office Manager. Implement, coordinate and manage the Traineeship for future Talent Hackers.
LevelUp Academy provide and market trainings and speakers, grow the LevelUp name in the startup and recruitment space, by driving thought leadership and attending meetups and events.
Grow Access to Recruiting Talent develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy, optimise and promote the LevelUp brand to help attract, recruit and retain great talent. As well as managing our internal recruiter.
People Operations and Engagement ensure all employees feel connected and engaged with the mission, vision and values of LevelUp. Provide opportunities to learn and develop skills / knowledge and motivate all employees to continuously improve. Overall responsible for all HR/People Operations.
