As the Head of Performance Marketing at Gusto, you will increase our brand awareness and acquire customers with innovative campaigns online and offline. You will lead a team of quantitative, first-principles thinkers that set the bar for customer acquisition in SaaS marketing, ultimately helping Gusto reach millions of small businesses.
We are looking for a creative and analytical leader in customer acquisition to join our performance marketing team. Our performance marketing team leads the strategy and execution of paid customer acquisition. This includes a scalable, cross channel approach which is geared towards driving efficiency for campaigns, while working toward building an end-to-end multi-touch attribution model.
