Every day, Peek powers the businesses of activity operators around the globe. We are proud of our product suite and our mobile products are industry game changers. As the product team aggressively expands, we are looking for an experienced Head of Product to take the reigns of the product management team, defining and executing on our product vision for the next few years.

The Head of Product will work directly with the CTO and the CEO on Peek’s product vision, the roadmap, and its rollout. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who thrives in Peek’s inspiring startup culture. The role requires strong leadership skills, coordinating multiple projects and teams while delivering innovative, best-in-class products. As the Head of Product you must demonstrate principled thinking, well-honed product judgment, a stubborn refusal to settle, bold innovation, and an obsession for exceptional design.

You will bring together engineers and designers, account executives and support agents to ensure that our products are delightful, empowering, and ground-breaking. You’ll be at the center of making the magic happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CTO and CEO to create and own the product vision, multi-year plan, and execution of Peek Pro products
  • Build and lead a product team that will consistently deliver innovative, delightful, and timely products.
  • Solicit and embrace feedback. Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction. Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product.
  • Prioritize and coordinate product schedules with customer facing teams
  • Drive business case development for strategic technical projects
  • Build something amazing

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience working in software development
  • 7+ years experience in a product management
  • Experience with UX, web applications, mobile applications, and cloud based software
  • Experience in consumer and/or marketplace businesses
  • Exceptional design instincts and product taste
  • Proven track record of building and leading exceptional teams and products
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
  • Experience in coordinating multiple time sensitive projects and activities simultaneously
  • Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A never-ending desire to grow and learn
