We take a Remote First approach with our team. For this role, you can be based in any of our core APAC markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia), but will be working in an AEDT timezone.

About the role
This role is part of our Sales leadership team and heads up our sales development engine. Reporting to our Global Head of Sales, you’ll lead a team of 3 SDR Managers and in turn 30 SDRs.
You will identify and execute on transformational changes across the function, building a best-in-class sales machine that delivers on targets and quotas.
This is a strategic role that will require a high level of cross-functional collaboration with teams like Commercial Operations and the wider sales function. Being able to influence change across these teams will be crucial.
This role will suit a tenacious, experienced sales leader who understands the different facets of a business development strategy - from call scripts/market messaging to tools, systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the SDR function, driving best in class performance across all metrics
- Proactively identify opportunities for development, put clear plans in place for improvement, and execute on these plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, including tech stack usage, team performance, activity, results and sales skills
- Drive the performance of the sales team; ensuring individual and team sales targets are consistently exceeded
- Identify opportunities and strategies to open up new market segments through outbounding efforts
- Manage performance of direct reports through regular 1:1 meetings
- Use data to drive decision making
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Commercial Operations
