Head of Sales - Italy

Our vision is to revolutionize the industry as a whole and help it grow. We want to help Salons navigate the digital world and grow their business and customer base in the process.

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Italian Sales Team and drive revenue growth for our Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Establish strong relationships with new Salon partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in closing deals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to Company Management
  • Collaborate with other departments, in particular with marketing and aftersales, to ensure a consistent and effective sales approach
  • Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • You will be responsible for hiring salespeople but also to develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills of the sales team

About you:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles (with preferences in Digital Companies)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (like Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • You have fluent Italian and very good English skills
