About the role - Who are you?

As Signal’s Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role with the very quickly growing Americas Sales team at Signal. The overall purpose of this role is to assist the sales team in the attainment of sales goals, and to work with leadership to help drive the strategic growth of the Americas region. You will do this by developing, scaling and enhancing the existing sales processes and resources, and working directly with the President of the Americas to develop and then implement a highly effective Go-To-Market strategy. The aim as such is to positively impact the sales team’s productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and results, and to ensure we’re laying out a plan to continue the growth of this quickly scaling region for Signal.

Your main responsibilities are to enable and optimise sales team execution, productivity and performance through training; development of sales tools and job aids; analyse the sales process automation (utilising Salesforce and other tools); implement solutions based on market analysis and forecasting.

Collaborative engagement with Customer Success, Product, Finance and Marketing will be essential for success in this role. This position reports directly to the President, Americas & Asia-Pacific and is based in our New York office.

To be successful in this role, you will efficiently and effectively manage sales operations by consistently meeting or exceeding daily, monthly and annual sales performance metrics. These will relate to reducing ramp times of the Sales reps; supporting the Finance Director on the compensation plans and overseeing the sales methodology. You will do this by working closely with the President and the Americas Sales Management team to provide a high energy sales environment; deliver and drive sales strategy; improve sales effectiveness and report and drive sales efficiency
