We’re looking for an experienced, creative, result-oriented marketing leader to join our Partner Marketing team. The Partner Marketing team’s mission is to create an outstanding Stripe experience for partners, supporting them with the right engagement, resources and incentives as they start, run and scale their business with us. The Head of Scalable Partner Marketing will be instrumental in building the global framework, programs, and infrastructure for the marketing benefits that we offer to partners through our partner program and for how we enable partners to market and sell Stripe solutions. This role owns defining and executing the global strategy for scalable co-marketing with and through our partners, as well as, defining how we engage with and communicate to current and prospective partners. As an early member of the Partner Marketing team, this role will have the opportunity to build out the strategy and growth plan for our partner marketing function.


You will:

  • Build, lead, and grow a team of partner marketing professionals
  • Create co-marketing assets, content, self-service campaigns, marketing toolkits, and tools that partners use to market their business with Stripe
  • Develop marketing enablement content and programs to drive utilization of our partner marketing programs and help partners build and execute effective marketing plans
  • Define and manage the marketing development fund program, including defining eligibility criteria, program requirements, and infrastructure, and managing budgeting, approvals, and claims processes for the program globally
  • Build content, assets, and marketing programs to engage and educate our current partners, and market our partner program to prospective partners 
  • Create sales enablement content and assets tailored for the partner audience for delivery through our sales and partner enablement team
  • Continually collect feedback from partners to ensure we are providing the right content and resources and increase the quality of assets, content, training, and tools available to our partners
  • Build infrastructure to support administration, delivery, and measurement of partner marketing programs


We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience in the B2B technology space
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Experience building scalable partner marketing programs, including content, assets, digital resources hubs, and tools
  • Proven ability to work across a global team to define requirements and priorities and deliver locally relevant assets and resources
  • Experience delivering partner marketing programs and events in both digital and in-person event environments
  • Experience managing and administering a market development fund program
  • Experience working closely with partners to execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes 
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments through an indirect business model leveraging partners
  • Solid understanding of partner lead management, opportunity registration, and indirect sales funnel management
