To accomplish this, we are looking for a global leader to lead Tradeshift’s Onboarding and Supplier Success team.
This role will be accountable for building and leading a team focused on growing Tradeshift’s network of companies and users on to our platform to openly connect and transact with other businesses. This growth includes many channels ranging from both high-volume, integrating suppliers to longtail capture via modern marketing campaigns and initiatives.
In addition to growth and onboarding, this team will own the companies success from their experience on the platform from engagement, sign-up, to their first transaction and will be expected to fiercely innovate to keep up with Tradeshift’s rapid growth.
