About the Role:

This role can be a Senior Director or VP of Total Rewards & People Operations, depending on the candidate.  The Head of Total Rewards & People Operations will lead strategy development, design, implementation, administration, analysis, and governance of all compensation programs and benefit programs, globally for the company. Moreover, this position will oversee, administer and update and handbook policies, payroll administration and manage the company HRIS. Reporting to the CHRO and partnering with senior executives this person will translate business strategy into meaningful Total Rewards strategies that are effective in attracting, rewarding and retaining key talent. 

What You Will Do 

  • Develop and evolve globally strategy development, design, implementation, communication, administration and governance of all compensation and benefit programs, including sales incentive compensation. 
  • Lead global best practices for job evaluation, job classification/reclassification, salary structures, benefit plans and retirement programs. 
  • Drive competitive and attractive total rewards strategies that are cost-effective and consistent with market trends and aligned to Company’s business priorities, including linkage to employee engagement and diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives 
  • Provide thought leadership, and consultation to senior leaders for the global development of total rewards methodologies and philosophy, including supporting policies, practices, systems and external partners. 
  • Overall accountability for the proactive planning for all compensation and benefit programs such as short-term and long-term incentive programs, recurring compensation cycles, compensation program targets, quota planning, account assignments, benefit changes/enhancements, annual benefit enrollment program, wellness initiatives, etc. 
  • Overall accountability for driving efficiencies and effective end-user experience through innovation, technology, systems, and processes for all applicable programs such as recurring compensation cycles, sales incentives programs.
  • Administer and supervise the company’s HRIS, to include the transfer of data between company and external vendor partners. Accountable for on-target budget execution and on-time delivery of solutions 
  • Lead the development of world-class reporting and analytics on applicable programs to drive business results through predictive analytics, and driving leader accountability through reporting capability, trending, etc., in partnership with external partners and internal reporting/analytics function.
  • Lead internal marketing/communications to drive awareness, excitement and program participation to improve employee engagement and employee experience.

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years managing Compensation and Benefits including 2 years of global experience 
  • 3+ years managing Compensation and Benefits for a SaaS company.

Additional Qualifications 

  • Current knowledge of US federal, state, regional regulations a must
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification a plus
  • Collaborative team player and ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee health and wellness programs including processes and procedures
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner with all levels of employees as well as externally
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary along with good facilitation and administrative skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong Excel skills

The estimated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
