As the Head of UX & Design, you'll lead our talented team in crafting digital solutions that resonate with users and drive business success. You'll shape our design strategy by working closely with diverse clients to ensure we meet their needs effectively. Central to this role is leading the team and ensuring user-centered design principles and delivering impactful projects. In this role, you will

  • Lead and take full responsibility for assigned UX & UI projects or products, ensuring strategic and innovative design solutions
  • Shape and strengthen the design team’s direction and identity, both internally and externally 
  • Support and mentor team members in design delivery, actively participating in discovery, ideation, and solution creation processes 
  • Drive team growth by handling hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluations, and developing personal growth plans
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform strategic design decisions, creating rough mockups, user flows, and low/high fidelity interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with in-house delivery teams and stakeholders to define business requirements, identify risks, and manage project scope
  • Manage pre-sale activities, contribute to client proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality design consulting
  • Manage project activities, including planning, budgeting, time management, risk analysis, progress monitoring, and reporting
  • Ensure design quality, standardize internal processes, tools, and documents, and advocate for design best practices within the company

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading design teams, with a track record of successfully completed projects or products
  • Expert-level skills in designing both low-level interactions and high-level user experience logics
  • Deep understanding of user experience design, interaction modeling, and a mature sense of aesthetics 
  • Solid experience working with design systems and proficiency in Figma or other design tools like Sketch or Adobe XD, with a readiness to switch to Figma
  • Advanced expertise in areas such as Usability, Human-Computer Interaction, User Research, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and UI Copywriting
  • Proficiency with wireframing, design, and prototyping tools like Axure, Balsamiq, Overflow, and Framer
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
  • Experience in evaluating designer performance, conducting 1:1 meetings, and developing personal growth plans
  • Ability to drive direct sales efforts, pitch to potential clients, and generate innovative business ideas
  • Financial management skills, including overseeing team finances, managing revenue, and achieving company KPIs
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration between design and development teams to deliver high-quality projects
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with high-quality presentation abilities in English

Salary range: € 4920 - 7380 (gross / month) + Motivational System
