HEYDUDE Shoes is looking for a consumer-focused and data-driven Manager, Retention & Loyalty Marketing to join the fastest growing brand in the footwear industry! Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Retention & Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the cross-channel marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, repeat purchases and growing our subscriber base. This person will be responsible for launching the HEYDUDE loyalty program and building a best-in-class marketing team from the ground-up.

What You’ll Do

  • Create retention strategies and campaigns that will be activated across email, SMS, direct mail, retargeting and loyalty program
  • Define the retention marketing tech stack to build best in class capabilities and expand marketing automation
  • Drive business growth by growing subscriber base, average order value, repeat purchases and loyalty participation
  • Pioneer a new loyalty program that generates increased customer engagement and repeat purchases
  • Create robust audience segmentation using CRM system for trigger-based email/SMS program
  • Build real-time reporting dashboards for greater executable insights and lead performance reporting to senior marketing leadership
  • Partner with the Merchandising team, align weekly messaging centered around new product launches and inventory sell-through rates
  • Hire, develop and lead of team of marketing specialists, defining the strategy and setting clear goals

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Marketing/Advertising
  • 3-5 years’ experience in loyalty and customer retention
  • 3-5 years’ experience with SMS, email marketing and marketing automation
  • Team building and leadership experience
  • Experience building Retention & Loyalty programs from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills; BA or BS in statistics, economics, or related field a plus
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology, onboarding CRM systems, RFP work a bonus

Salary Range: $115,000 - $128,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator (work from our Westwood, MA office ~3 days a week)
