Hospitality Partnerships Manager

Casper is seeking a Hospitality Partnerships Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will be responsible for refining brand initiatives that support the hotel industry, while developing a strategy to implement throughout the country. This person will use data and technology to identify important opportunities, while maintaining relationships with partners. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership and motivation necessary to implement the activities of the partnerships team, specifically in the hotel industry. 
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key clients in order to produce business and branding opportunities. 
  • Monitors revenue/performance activities to ensure budget and revenue expectations are met; provides reporting for senior leadership. 
  • Acts as a liaison between other departments within the company to complete each project. 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales and marketing leadership in hospitality
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to swiftly execute
  • Knowledge of hotel and competitive market
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
