For our headquarter in Milan, we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist with strong ownership and the potential to make an instant impact, providing administrative support to assist all HR operational issues and supporting the development of the HR Team.
As a key member of the HR Team, you will provide an effective administrative HR service for through the use of innovative HR practices in the HR administration field for HQ and international branches.

What you will do
You will proactively and strategically participate in the development of processes in the HR Team for all the countries
You will support the colleagues of the HR Team in all HR admin topics;
You will be the point of reference for the employees on HR admin topics (hiring documents, family allowances, sickness/maternity leaves, etc…);
You will manage the communication with the local payroll providers and the full payroll process for different countries;
You will check payslips and reconciliation of payments with accounting data;
You will check the compliance of contracts and HR admin documents;
You will manage monthly and annual tax/contributions/pension obligations;
You will manage the obligations of hirings, change of contracts and leavers;
You will keep updated the HR management tool (organizational chart changes, change of employment information, change of salary etc…) and will contribute in its implementation.
