Commissary Human Resources Associate

Maple is looking for a Human Resources associate who will handle all HR for  the 100+ employees at our commissary. We’re looking for someone with strong communication and organization skills to support our commissary staff. The right person has experience in an HR role and is comfortable juggling multiple projects.

Applicants must be bilingual in Spanish to be considered for this position.

Maple’s Commissary Human Resources Associate will support the employees who drive our business each day.

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the first line of defense for employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, recruiting, and company policies.
  • Manage hiring, on-boarding, benefits enrollment, HR-related reporting, and workers compensation.
  • Project support and admin

 

About You & Your Experience:

  1. 2+ years in an HR role.
  2. You have strong organizational skills
  3. You are upbeat and a hustling self-starter – you don’t wait for someone to ask you to do something and propose new ideas.
  4. You speak up whenever you have a question or something goes wrong
  5. You can manage the fast-paced day-to-day tasks, as well as step back to think creatively and contemplate the long-term vision
  6. You are a team player
