About the team:

Aircall’s HR Operations team oversees all administrative processes and documentation through the entire employee lifecycle. They are employment law experts and extremely customer-centric, with a focus of providing the best employee experience to all of our 800+ team members around the globe. 

About the role :

The HR Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive business performance. They collaborate with HR leaders and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and use data and analytical tools to develop solutions that address those needs.

As a People data analytics specialist,  you will be responsible for: 

- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, such as HRIS, employee surveys, and other relevant data sources, to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive business performance.
- Develop HR metrics and KPIs that align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and use data and analytical tools to develop solutions that address those needs.
- Create reports, visualizations, and presentations that illustrate trends, insights, and opportunities, and communicate those to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze HR data to identify areas where process improvements and efficiencies can be made, and make recommendations to HR leaders and other business stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics, and provide recommendations for improvements and innovations.

What you need to succeed in the role: 

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data setsProficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker or similar tools
- Experience with HRIS systems, data management, and data governance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to business stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
