We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner! This individual will manage existing people programs, implement changes and roll out new programs. To be successful in this role, this individual must be comfortable taking on a wide range of HR tasks, partnering with stakeholders across the organization and executing effectively to achieve outcomes in an ambiguous environment.

The goal of the HRBP will be to ensure the People team’s operations run smoothly and effectively deliver value to the organization as a whole. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead people programs and initiatives including learning and development for employees + leadership, performance management, and engagement surveying
  • Assess people policies, processes and workflows
  • Collaborate cross functionally with leadership and key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
  • Manage benefits package + compensation strategy for the organization, utilizing compensation analysis tools and benchmarking to ensure BlueVine is competitively aligned with internal budgets; coordinate with the talent team to prepare offer packages for incoming new hires
  • Partner with CHRO on organizational design/job titles and internal leveling
  • Adding clarity and meeting with functional leaders across the company to ensure growth and change is reflected internally
  • Liaise with the legal/finance teams to administer option grants for new hires and existing employees; prepare award tables and assist with the exercise process for employees in the US and Israel
  • Continuously improve upon the employee experience with a focus on “moments that matter” to employees such as on-boarding, off-boarding and key touch points in between
  • Develop content including email communications, templates, policies/SOPs and other employee-facing materials
  • Design content that builds on internal branding and strengthens the employee experience through consistent messaging
  • Drive engagement by facilitating an employee-led culture team and partnering globally on culture building activities

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 5-10 years of experience as an HRBP or equivalent role
  • Broad knowledge of HR compliance, processes and best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS software
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • PHR or similar certification is an advantage
