HR Coordinator (B2B, full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assess training needs, design training programs, and conduct training sessions.
  • Utilize online learning platforms and tools to facilitate virtual training sessions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, international team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken), capable of conducting recruitment and training in these languages.
  • Skills:
    • Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing candidates and implementing HR strategies.
    • High level of self-motivation and ability to work flexible hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online training tools.
  • Experience in creating and conducting online and in-person training sessions.
  • Knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.
