The HR Coordinator plays an active role in ensuring and formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to his/her Supervisor. He/she will also participate in key HR related projects acting as a facilitator and advisor recommending development opportunities.
This role is ideal for a young and ambitious professionals who wishes to develop their HR skills and specialize in the mobile sector in one of the most aggressively grown m-commerce companies.
The position reports directly to the HR Analytics and Compensation Manager and will closely collaborate with the Managing Director.
