What will you do?

I - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. HR Function:
  • Manage Employee & Labor Relations includes labor contracting, disciplinary, local policies.
  • Execute Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Onboarding Process.
  • Run and communicate Employer Branding activities internally & externally.
  • Run and facilitate L&D Programs regionally & locally.
  • Build-up, enhance and maintain Employee Benefits programs.
  • Initiate and run Employee Engagements & Retention programs.
  • Collaborate and run CSR Programs.
  • Play as general hub competence to be local consult and assist Crocs regional Legal and Accountant departments on working with local vendors in Vietnam.
  1. Admin Function:
  • Manage service contracts with vendors externally and follow up legal review, payment process internally.
  • Work permit, visa, hotel, transport arrangement for global visitors and local Crocs VN routine operation.
  • Company property tracker management & registration on IT devices, HR gears to employees’ in & out.
  • Other daily admin ad-hoc transactional work.

 

II - KEY ROLE DIMENSIONS:

  1. Key Relationship with:
  • Internal departments: all Crocs Vietnam departments, Crocs Asia Supply Chain
  • External stakeholders: HR & Admin’s suppliers, agencies, headhunts, etc.
  1. 2. Geographical responsibility area:
  • Crocs Vietnam, Asia Supply Chain team.

III - JOB REQUIREMENTS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

  1. 1. Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  1. 2. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong English communication skills (both written & verbal).
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, detail orientated, persistent and adapt easily.
  1. 3. Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience working in the human resources field (including HR routine Operations, Recruitment, L&D)
  • Knowledge of Vietnam laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
