This position
We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our growing team, supporting HR Operations activities. As part of our broader People Business Partner team, this individual will support all operational and tactical activities at geography level and integrated with our People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations to provide a consistent and great experience to our employees. This position is an individual contributor and reports to the local HR Director in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality operational support to business units in Brazil in order to deliver a value-added HR services.
  • Administer key HR processes such as onboarding & new hire orientation, employee changes, termination process.
  • Support HR Managers, business Managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, employee data, HR systems and general HR inquiries.
  • Continually seek opportunities to create, improve, and impact HR Ops processes.
  • Prepare and issue employee change documentation in a timely manner.
  • Act as escalation point for troubleshooting complex HR transactions and process exceptions.
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, HRBPs, IT on employee data, transactions.
  • Manage the data entry process for employees throughout the employee lifecycle for Brazil.
  • Work closely with the benefits team to ensure a smooth administration process for Brazil employees
  • Engage in personnel adminsitration activities such as PTO, leaves, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRIS and in the simplification and improvement of its workflows processes.
  • Administer all statutory & regulatory HR reporting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability and track record in working in a fast paced, high growth organization.
  • Enjoys problem solving, thinking creatively and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects.
  • Strong customer service orientation, written/verbal communication.
  • Personal credibility and a proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the geography and with corporate People Operations team.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Desirable IT industry background.
