HR Generalist (Part Time)


ustwo Sydney is looking for a passionate HR Generalist to join our growing team. The successful applicant will develop, implement and support people initiatives across the studio, and support the business to deliver in line with the Sydney vision and operational business plan.

The focus of the role will be to support the ongoing success of the Sydney studio through various HR initiatives that support team engagement, empowerment, a passion for quality, continuous improvement, high performance productivity, equality and the ongoing development of our people.

We value team and culture above all else, which means that you're passionate about what you do, work well within the studio dynamic and have a natural desire to learn and share. You’ll also be needing to coordinate with some of the team based in other studios, so the occasional after hours Skype will be required.

We're looking for a 3 days per week commitment to begin with which may grow as the studio does. We're also pretty flexible on days / times of the week.

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Experience and knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Knowledge of compensation & benefits
  • Experience in a similar role in another growing business, with evidence of successfully driving and implementing HR initiatives
  • A passion for supporting others and ensuring effective policies and procedures are in place designed to support people to enjoy and do their best work
  • A mindset around continuous improvement
  • A strong collaborator who will work with other People Leads in our other studios to drive and advocate People related activities in Sydney
  • Proven ability to influence, evaluate and manage conflicting priorities effectively in a fast paced environment
