WePay is seeking a dedicated HR Manager for our growing People Operations team. If you are motivated to jump in and help drive our business forward by implementing processes and programs that benefit our employees and business, then this is the role for you. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, process oriented and enjoys being part of a team.  You will have the ability to grow your skills while being in a supportive and fun environment.



Design, plan, and implement human resources programs and policies for compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and employee engagement.  Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

  • 5-7 yrs experience in both startup and in scaling growth companies
