As an HR Operations Manager at GoDaddy, you will lead and drive our HR operational service delivery and lead the HR coordinators, to deliver integrated processes and service excellence to employee and people manager queries and requests, across the entire employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to influence and update our HR Service Management system, through improved automation/technology solutions, to deliver improved processes and responses. A customer-focused, highly credible and a consultative partner to senior managers with the confidence and interpersonal skills to negotiate, challenge and influence within the organisation. As well as bringing technical expertise in people related matters, you will be a strong and encouraging team leader, with a global attitude and ability to work across a broad range of cultural, economic and social contexts, understanding the challenges and complexities that come with delivering international solutions. Your focus will be running and improving operational HR processes whilst growing the capability of a team of Tier 1 & 2 HR Coordinators. Additionally, responsibility for:

  • Ensuring HR operational processes and considerations are handled, either directly or through internal partnerships in an assigned region.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Expertise, HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees to deliver and further establish HR Services in EMEA.
  • Through internal partnerships (ex. Legal, Compliance, HR Operations, Recruiting, etc.) manage local employment and compliance considerations.
  • Partner with global counterparts to bring cohesion to our global HR operating model. Play a role evolving global service delivery standards via process, policy and infrastructure, ensuring legal compliance and responsiveness to business needs and the employee experience.
  • Drive measurable continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and policies to develop service excellence within HR Operations.
  • Participate and/or lead HR projects, implementations, and initiatives.
  • Lead all aspects of and contribute to the provision of appropriate information (knowledgebase) in areas of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, reporting, payroll etc.
  • Influence change through positive relationships, expertise and data.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to analyse data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide accurate management information for service level agreements, KPI's and service reporting and data.
  • Manage, train and motivate the Operations team to ensure an efficient and effective service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment that necessitates experimentation and continuous improvement.

Your experience should include...

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of HR Operations experience, with specific focus in Global Service Delivery and/or Operations/Administration
  • People manager experience required
  • HRIS and HRSM system experience required
  • Workday and ServiceNow system experience desirable
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Communication skills; understanding how to communicate large complex change across distributed locations using written, verbal and listening skills
  • The ability to remain engaged in unstructured, ambiguous situations and sustain a full and varied workload.
  • Excellent project management, coordination and planning capabilities
