The Role:

We’re looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join us in our Wroclaw Office. As a member of our People team, you’ll be supporting the administration of our global HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary owner of transactions on our HR systems, including our HRIS and Benefits platforms;
  • Hiring in new team members to our HRIS and issuing new joiners with training courses;
  • Auditing employee data within the HRIS;
  • Generating reports for the People Team and wider business;
  • Overseeing the People Team mailbox;
  • Supplying people data for our monthly Huddles;
  • Supporting with the design and build of Employee surveys, monitoring surveys completion, summarizing and presenting the results
  • Supporting our People Operations & Reward specialists on a regular basis with general HR administration – e.g. PTO, Leaves of Absence, On/Offboarding, Compensation changes etc.;
  • Supporting global / annual processes (PTO at Year end, Year End Performance management, Comp related processes);
  • Working on Processes improvements;
  • Ad hoc People Team project work as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 6 months’ professional experience, ideally in HR or a related discipline;
  • Experience of working in an international organization;
  • Adaptability and the desire to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment;
  • Highly numerate, with strong Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Strong verbal communication skills;
  • Curious and eager to learn;
  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage to deliver to timescales with the confidence to escalate issues and/or solutions that would prevent these deadlines being met;
  • Meticulous, organized, high level of attention to detail and excellent planning skills are essential;
  • Pragmatic and resilient.

Additional Information
As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
