To become best in class on HR-business processes, we have established a new team that should invent, implement and transfer operational best practices based on thorough analysis .
If you have gained 3 to 7 years of experience at a system integrator, have passion for operations, preferably HR and want to take a mature international step in your career; this engagement is IT! It will be a small team, with high impact; 4 FTE in total. For this team we look for a Data-reporting manager.
Core of the tasks is to define HR-data and go beyond capability assessments and KPI’s in coming up with crisp reporting requirements. We want to build and customize a system from scratch, so we rely on creativity and sustainability from your side! The efforts of your work will be the blue-print for the Shared-Service Centre’s we are establishing world-wide.
