HR Process & Enablement Manager

Your Mission

Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, this newly created role will be responsible for enabling HR strategies in the introduction of new and development of existing processes and systems.

You’ll be responsible for taking an aerial view of our end-to-end people processes, ensuring a seamless transition between Talent Acquisition, to onboarding, HR Operations, and Talent Development and partner with colleagues across all of People Management to lead a best-in-class employee process.

As we continue to scale and grow (We’ve had 40% Headcount grow year on year), you will builds and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both inside and outside of the PM department to ensure our HR systems, data and processes are continually developed and optimized in line with the organizational changes and scaling of the organization.

As a process oriented enabler of people, you will also be the System Administrator for Workday, our newly implemented HRIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the optimisation of our new HRIS, it’s functionality and components
  • Work with wider organisational departments to maintain and develop core workflow processes driven by the HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Enable best practice across our People Management teams by creating seamless transitions between processes
  • Act as the escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving process issues across modules and systems
  • Drive continuous improves to our People Processes, systems and workflows ensuring a best in class, people-first experience


Requirements

You’ll have strong working exposure to driving change and enabling best practice internally to an HR or People Function.

You’ll be highly competent at analysing & extracting information from data and seeing paths to success for various audiences.

As our system administrator, Workday configuration experience in core modules is essential.

You’ll need to be comfortable in a rapid change, agile and ambiguous environment, ideally experience high growth within a biotech or SaaS Tech environment.

This role can be based at any of our corporate office locations (Boston MA, Bidart France or Lausanne Switzerland.) This is an office-based role with a hybrid work agreement.
