The HR Recruitment Strategy intern will be focused on modernizing recruitment strategies through social media engagement, creative job posting optimization, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of social media recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging job descriptions that attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Research industry best practices for inclusive hiring and recruitment.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and social media engagement data.
  • Support HR Team in developing DEI-focused recruitment strategies.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and initial screening.
  • Help organize virtual recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Assist HR and marketing team with gathering employee and intern testimonials.
  • Other HR or Benefit related projects outside of recruitment, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
