Recruiting
Responsible for recruiting operations on all OE open positions in China, interact with hiring managers for below topics, incl. but not limited to, 

  • ePR application and job posting internal & external, external recruiting channels maintenance 
  • Job briefing with hiring manager (together with direct supervisor if needed)
  • CV screening, first round assessment and provide shortlist to supervisor & hiring managers 
  • Interview arrangement
  • Reference check                          

Deployment
Work with location HR team to ensure HR operations efficiency for OE employees in China,

  • Onboarding and offboarding preparation and implementation
  • Employee documents management
  • Other operational support on whole employee life cycle

Development

  • BA, country, region and location levels' HR projects support & coordination
  • System admin role for ""OE and R&D Academy"" and OE relevant training programs on LMS
  • Training registration data collection and tracking for OE employees in China                         

HR Reporting     

  • Interact with controlling for monthly HC and hiring status tracking 
  • Learning/Qualification reports generation and visualization on a monthly basis and continues optimization
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual HR facts & figures collection and report generation                                

Employee Recognition
Responsible for OE employee events organization & implementation in China, e.g. team meeting, annual dinner, monthly birthday, etc.                                

Office Management

  • Responsible for OE China ESH relevant topics
  • OE APAC share point admin role
  • Visa application support
  • CBS support                                 
     
  • Bachelor’s degree                                     
  • 3-5 years' working experience in HR area                                    
  • Experienced with HR programs & Team activities                                    
  • Intercultural sensitivity, at least 2-3 years working experience in comparable positions in foreign companies
