Description: Reporting to the Group HR Analyst, the HRIS Administrator is responsible for updating and maintaining the data integrity of the Oracle HRIS.


  • Ensuring data integrity in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Ensuring that employee records are always up to date.
  • Responsible for monthly HRIS Payroll
  • Assisting end users with technical issue related to the use of the HR systems.
  • Supporting systems and process testing
  • Running monthly reports and adhoc reports
