We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Zeta’s highly dynamic talent. This position provides consulting expertise, which includes the following areas: Learning and development, organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, employee retention, and manager coaching. The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving people problems and can thrive in a fast-paced culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Program lead for Learning & Development across the organization, including process, system, communications, trainings/materials and execution.
  • Build effective relationships with managers, employees, and executives alike, advocating for employees’ needs and wants
  • Provide core human resources support to the client groups, particularly in the areas of Learning & Development, talent development, team building, and leadership development
  • Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building 
  • Update HR policies in relation to new developments in employment law and communicate HR policies to the business and update in employee handbook.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with external counsel as needed/required.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in HR field along with at least 4 years as a business partner
  • Track record of strong business partnership within a dynamic, fast paced environment and no BS environment
  • A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership
  • Experience working cross functionally with all areas of HR with demonstrated collaboration & teaming skills
  • Capable of translating business priorities into HR programs, processes and initiatives that drive value and meet the business needs.
  • Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
  • Self-starter with creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
  • Understand the business including productivity and financial metrics, organizational capabilities, systems and structures
  • Identify the HR implications of the business plan and develop and implement solutions to meet identified needs
  • Understand, apply and teach retention concepts to attract, motivate and retain employees
  • Ensure effective communication channels within the division
  • Conduct organization reviews to diagnose and facilitate improvements to group dynamics and process
  • Facilitate strategic people planning meetings
  • Utilize conflict resolution skills, and mediate between stakeholders
  • Support performance management practices (defining success, establishing measurements, providing feedback and rewarding performance)
  • Apply strong cross-functional relationship, influence and persuasion skills
  • Lead projects where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs
  • Lead and participate in HR best practices and project delivery.
  • Participate in the development of and lead programs which drive employee engagement and a great place to work initiative
  • Partner with the Leadership team to drive a high performing culture
  • Must be willing to travel as much as 30%
