Human Resources Manager Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

The role is working in a high growth global audio engineering organisation. It will be responsible for partnering department heads to support them on their resourcing and planning needs and supporting candidates through all aspects of their experience with Adam Audio through to their very first day. As Human Resources Manager Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) you will report to the Head of HR or the CEO.

Resourcing & Recruitment

  • Manage sourcing and selection processes for all roles across the business, including requisition management, development of job descriptions, recruitment strategy, vacancy benchmarking, candidate selection, reference and background checks, salary negotiations.
  • Engage with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of vacancy requirements, including the skills, experience, behaviours and qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective and inclusive sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
  • Analysing new talent markets and identify successful opportunities.
  • Develop sourcing and selection methods which ensure a diverse talent pool. (i.e. social media, employee referrals, direct contact recruiting, internet data mining, job boards, and internal/external networks).
  • Developing and promoting a compelling employer brand.
  • Own and ‘manage’ our career pages together with the marketing team
  • Owning and installing our recruitment software (‘workable’)
  • Owning the recruitment budget and partnering with finance on headcount projections and budgets.
  • Developing recruitment process and sourcing strategies that drive efficiency and quality hiring while providing the best possible candidate experience.
  • Design recruitment / hiring materials including access to questions / interview guides and templates which can be used by all line managers.
  • Build on the existing requisition process to expand across the brands – education and training for new recruiting managers.
  • Grow into general HR (contracts, HR admin, preparation of payroll, absence stuff, etc.) to enrich your profile and be able to replace the HR Generalist in case of absence


  • You’ll have previously managed a talent acquisition function or role in a global fast moving / growing organisation / start-up
  • Production of recruitment support materials / guides etc together with our marketing team
  • You should be able to overlook a budget
  • At some point in your career, you’ll have hired or led the hiring of technical talent, including engineer / software developers and understand the challenges and complexities
  • You’ll have experience hiring in Germany/Berlin and understand the nuances of hiring in our market
  • You’ll be good in dealing with recruiting tools and understand how to leverage them to enhance recruitment processes and the building and nurturing of talent communities
  • Have a network of specialist recruiters for niche roles and those which foster D&I of hiring
