Implementation Specialist

Our Inventory Management and Supply Chain software helps medium-large product businesses thrive in a highly competitive, digital world. To help businesses scale, we centrally manage inventory across multiple locations and channels, connecting 500+ systems to support receiving, selling and shipping stock.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our newest customers “go live” for the first time on Cin7 software. Using your training and customer facing skills, you will help our customers get setup on our software and learn how to use it.

To be successful in this position you are:

  • Professional, reliable and able to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will also need to be comfortable working independently.
  • Self motivated, highly organised and proactive in progressing multiple onboarding projects in parallel.
  • Tertiary qualified in IT or similar industry.
  • Striving to be your best.

  • Able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks at a time
  • Able to solve technical problems and implement changes

If you have 3 years or more experience in a similar role, this may substitute for the formal qualifications in IT or relevant field.
