More about our Implementation Team

The Implementation Specialist onboards new customers and configures workflows for clients on SurveyMonkey Apply that reflect their internal processes. You will report to the Manager of Customer Success, Apply Implementation.

What we're looking for

This position will be located in Ontario, CAN

Our implementation team is looking for a highly organized individual to work with customers to design and configure their Apply site. You will manage the design, configuration, analysis and testing of our solution so it meets client requirements. You will help organizations realize the impact they can have with our solutions, and solving interesting problems to promote the desired customer outcome.

You will

  • Organize requirements gathering meetings and document solution designs
  • Configure SurveyMonkey Apply software solutions to satisfy client business processes, rules, and other requirements
  • Work with technical consultants regarding requirements for integration, data conversion and complex business logic
  • Present formal training (webinars) to client project team members and end-users
  • Manage multiple accounts, deadlines and milestones
  • Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems

You have

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and time management skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations and think critically about processes
  • Experience configuring business logic in a web-based platform
  • Understanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction
