Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking an Inclusion & Diversity Business Partner to be a key leader who will closely partner with business units and create new and innovative programs that will increase our diverse pipeline. This role will make it a priority to spend time with the business, learning how the team interacts and what challenges they are facing. Reporting to the Global Head of Culture and Inclusion, this position is a critical and will support Twilio’s growth efforts throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

What?

As an Inclusion Business Partner, you will:

  • Manage and deliver programs to drive a more diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Have a proven ability to identify and act as key liaison with outside diversity organizations and events, including determining event sponsorships and other partnerships.
  • Work closely with our employee resource groups and use design thinking techniques to help them make a bigger impact within Twilio’s walls and beyond.
  • Communicate and ensure a strong partnership through collaboration -- breaking down silos.
  • Articulate how diversity, inclusion and belonging fits into the larger company goals, not just focused on hiring.
