Photobox has developed a network of industrial outsourcers with the aim of ensuring service to its customers, in addition to its 4 factories located in France, England, Germany and Spain. The outsourcing network is mainly used to support the high seasonality of some products, reduce the time taken to get products to the most distant customers (eg Australia), test new ranges of products, offer certain specific products and ensure additional capacity throughout the year.

Your role:

Reporting to the Manager of the Industrial Outsourcing team, your key missions will be:

  • Manage the daily relationship with our outsourcers based in England, Germany, Sweden, France, Belgium, Australia, guaranteeing that each customer will receive their orders in accordance with our service and quality commitments.
  • In coordination with related Photobox teams (Process, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, ...) initiate and develop projects and continuous improvement plans to increasing the performance of our outsourcing partners.
  • Pilot projects to develop new products with existing subcontractors and / or to qualify new partners.

Requirements

You are a graduate of an engineering / business school. You have a first experience in a Production or Logistics environment (interface with suppliers and / or subcontractors) in a competitive environment.

Required Skills :

  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced level on Excel (pivot tables, VBA…)
  • Bilingual French / English
  • Adaptability and communication (cross-functional and cross-cultural environments)
  • Ability to work in a team and remotely
  • E-commerce experience
  • Experience in a highly seasonal activity
  • Fluency in German very much desired

Remuneration: according to profile (fixed + variable), restaurant tickets and reimbursement of 50% of the Navigo pass

Location: Sartrouville (78) and / or Paris 3e with occasional trips to outsourcers or other group factories. Punctual work from home possible.
