FundApps is hiring an

Infrastructure Engineer

FundApps is a startup that helps investment managers comply with worldwide regulation. Our competition is stuck in the dark ages with slow, clunky, complicated user interfaces and installed software. We're shaking up the industry - providing a beautiful & intuitive web-based service which takes away our customer's pains and lets them get on with what they do best.

If you've got high standards and are passionate about customer experience this is the role for you. Our customers rely on us day-in day-out to provide a reliable, responsive and secure service, all whilst scaling to meet the demands of a rapidly growing customer base and data volumes.

We're a heterogeneous Windows/Linux shop, with the core of our main product in .NET and new service buildout currently in Golang. We're not precious about technologies, and we're keen to take the right tools for the task at hand - we've got code across C#, F#, PowerShell, Ruby, Python and Golang. We've adopted a number of AWS services including the use of Lambda for serverless architectures.

We take our software seriously, employing Continuous Delivery through TeamCity, Octopus Deploy and AWS CodeDeploy. Logging and monitoring are key too - with SumoLogic, AWS CloudWatch and PagerDuty key components of our stack.

Having completed a full migration to AWS in the last 12 months, we're currently hard at work making full use of the HashiCorp Suite/HashiStack (Atlas, Packer, Terraform and Consul) to manage our AWS production infrastructure. We're building 12-factor, cloud native applications using best of breed practices from the operations space.

You'll be helping to build out, deploy and maintain a service-oriented architecture (SOA) to support features in our main product and new product development as well as infrastructure work relating to our production AWS infrastructure.
