Inside Sale Development Representative

The Inside Sales Development Representative (ISDR) is a critical member of the sales team driving Omada’s revenue growth. The ISDR creates sales opportunities with large employers and health plans by setting appointments that build the pipeline for the field sales organization. The ISDR will be responsible for developing and qualifying inbound leads, outbound prospecting via cold calling, and aligning to a geographic territory for follow up, and in doing so will work closely with field sales and management.

Your impact:

  • Outbound prospecting of large companies and Health Plans via account and contact research and cold calling in order to identify and qualify decision makers and set up discovery calls
  • Inbound lead qualification and follow up based on marketing events and website inquiries
  • Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
  • Achieve or exceed goal for qualified discovery calls on a monthly basis
  • Proactively build product, company target and competitive product and market knowledge
  • Manage and log activity in Salesforce.com
  • Educate prospective customers on Omada’s solution

You will be successful in this job if you have:

  • Minimum of +2 years of lead generation experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Previous cold calling and prospecting experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high energy, dynamic sales team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, competitive and driven by success
  • Team player, self-starter and fast learner
