RocketSpace is looking for a top performing Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will partner with field sales professionals to uncover new sales opportunities within an assigned territory. You’ll identify, nurture and qualify new opportunities and pass them off to the relevant Sr. Business Development leader for further development and closure.
You will be responsible for researching potential new accounts, identifying the key influencers and then generating and nurturing interest to create new opportunities. You'll be dealing with a mix of both inbound leads and outbound target lists - and you need to be creative, passionate, and persistent as you attract and convert some of the most senior executives at Fortune 500 companies.

This is a great “greenfield” opportunity working at the intersection of Corporate Innovation and the Startup Ecosystem as you help Corporates navigate their Innovation path, incorporating RocketSpace products along the way.
The right individual is a consummate inside sales professional - passionate about innovation, with an understanding of how to help corporations change how they work/operate, and how to leverage the startup community to achieve that change.
This person will actively evangelize the RocketSpace story and the impact of the work we do for corporate partners. With our experience, credibility, and case studies, we believe this is our market to lose. Our goal is to work with 50% of the Fortune 500 in the next two years.
Demonstrate ability to find, nurture and qualify potential high level enterprise business relationships for RocketSpace.
A polished presenter - comfortable approaching and building C-level relationships, and able to deliver a professional presentation.
Independently secure and run great executive meetings to help our prospective customers understand the value of RocketSpace and our Corporate Innovation Services Program.
Continually assess the market to identify great target opportunities and connect with senior executives that could potential be our next corporate partners.
Leverage your skills and experience to continually help evolve what is currently a "greenfield" inside sales process.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Outperform monthly and quarterly quotas for new opporunities
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

High sales process orientation – thorough, detailed, organized
Fluent in Salesforce for active lead management and pipeline management.
High levels of motivation, self-direction, with the ability to lead and influence others.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally within prospects to engage multiple decision-makers in the buying process.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
4+ years of experience in a quota carrying inside sales role, preferably in an Enterprise Services or SaaS based environment. Oh, and you've been crushing that quota...
