We are searching for a high energy, high caliber Inside Sales Manager who wants to grow with the FiveStars team! We need highly motivated, fast-paced leaders ready, willing and able to:


  • Coach and develop inside sales employees to hit their peak potential
  • Create a great place to work by living out the FiveStars values of Shared Humility, Authentic Relationships, Warrior Spirit, and Joy Every Day 
  • Provide daily coaching to existing Associate Account Executives and training of new Associate Account Executives
  • Manage performance and help construct Associate Account Executive Professional Development Plans
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-level talent
  • Be a creative thinker who can identify and solve problems and develop ideas independently
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of the sales team


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience within inside sales environment with excellent performance
  • Enjoy working in a startup environment and selling over the phone to business owners daily
  • Motivating personality, personable, and magical ability to connect with salespeople and business owners
  • Leadership experience at the local sales level
  • High level of integrity, customer service, and customer management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to hit aggressive sales objectives, enjoy challenges and competition, while being a team leader
  • Resourceful, assertive, and comfortable taking risks to achieve these goals
  • Please note that this is a “selling” management position. All Inside Sales Managers need to be highly competent sales performers and be able to transfer that skill to their team.

  • Successfully sold to franchise, chain, or individual pay-at-the-counter food/drink businesses (i.e., coffee and tea shops, restaurants, etc.) in an inside sales environment
  • Has a "rolodex" of business owner contacts in the SMB space
  • Experience launching in new sales markets
  • Startup experience
