We’re looking for a highly collaborative, outcome-oriented Strategic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to close a large number of small sales opportunities, drive customer value using value selling framework and acquire skills for long term development as a sales representative.

  • Core responsibilities:
    • Interpret product analytics/instrumentation to uncover customer value & upsell opportunities
    • Build upsell pipeline via customer engagement campaigns
    • Route opportunities -- including data & context -- to appropriate field function(s)
    • Develop data-driven business cases for large ACV upsells & cross-sells
    • Close smaller add-on transactions (providing efficiencies by lettings AEs focus on bigger deals)
  • Core skill set:
    • ISR must collaborate cross-functionally with combination of sales, marketing, CSM, & analysts
    • ISR must use data & business acumen to develop business/value narratives for customers
    • ISR must have a willingness to learn the product in order to communicate value to customers 
    • ISR must have sales DNA -- ability to execute pipeline campaigns and directly close transactions
