Cloud Academy, Inc. is growing its North America Sales Team, and we are looking for an exceptional, in-office or remote call rep to process inbound and outbound calls.

With the rapid adoption of Cloud services around the world there is an innate need for education and training. As individuals, teams and entire companies start to re-architect their businesses to harness the value and flexibility that a Cloud based strategy offers we are seeing the Cloud Academy business accelerate.
The successful candidate will assist the Sales Team with addressing the increasing market demand for Cloud Technology training and will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Sales experience is preferred, and we are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills. To be successful in this role, you must be a Team Player.


What you will do as Inside Sales Representative

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads:
    • Identify, develop and close new Enterprise opportunities
    • Close and grow renewals opportunities
  • Identify, develop and close new Enterprise opportunities
  • Close and grow renewals opportunities
  • Research accounts, identify key players and gain Customer agreement to receive more product information
  • Provide outstanding consumer services while ensuring that the consumers questions, issues and concerns have been satisfied
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, provide information regarding Cloud Academy products and product road maps to Prospects and existing Customers.

  • Maintains Customer Database by
    • accurately entering all relevant information
    • expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
