The Opportunity

Krypt is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to add to our fast growing sales organization.  This person will play a critical role in generating leads while acting as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads by researching, contacting and developing relationships with prospects through cold calls, emails and social selling. You will organize and facilitate meetings  to transition prospects to your executive sales team. 

You should have previous experience in generating leads from various types of campaigns (marketing, cold call, social, etc)  within the software and/or professional service world.  Communication and listening skills are key in order to develop lasting relationships with prospects based on current business issues, industry trends, regulations and future initiatives.  You need to be self motivated and driven to over achieve quotas while working independently.  

Inside Sales plays a critical role in generating interest to support a multi-million dollar a year sales territory.  You will be required to make 75+ phone calls, send 100’s of emails and have the ability to support multiple virtual meetings per day while working independently.  If you're comfortable to successfully meet goals in a fast paced, high pressure sales environment then we want to meet you.


Inside Sales Responsibilities Include

  • Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound email & phone call and social  networking
  • Create and execute inside sales campaigns based on strategies aligned with a Senior Account Executive
  • Follow up  marketing campaigns that are a result of regularly hosted virtual & in-person events
  • Drive attendance to marketing events
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track all activities on a daily basis
  • Report regularly to vP of Business Development 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Inside Sales, Business Development Representative
  • Successfully executed cold call campaigns
  • Track record of achieving quotas
  • Ability and willingness to learn complex IT solutions
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com) 
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office/Google, etc
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
  • Willingness to work hard in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work independently and deliver results
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism
  • Desire to drive grow within a sales organization

 Bonus

  • Telemarketing Experience
  • Understand of Supply Chain and Global Trade business process
  • Prior experience with SAP
    • SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) 
    • SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM, WM/EWM, TM, IBP, etc)
  • Prior Experience with RF technology (Hardware/Software/Services)
  • Prior experience working for SAP partners
  • Bi-Lingual capabilities (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Etc)
