Our commercial HVAC service in Lake Zurich, IL, has an immediate permanent opening. On-site opportunity to work flexible full-time hours (between 7 AM and 4:30 PM). Excellent opportunity for someone who values customer service as a high priority.

Responsibilities:

1. Estimate service repairs and generate service repair proposals
2. Follow up with customers
3. Create PO’s and order parts
4. Maintain profitability of awarded quotes
5. Provide backup assistance for the service coordinator and outside sales team.

To be considered for this opportunity, our client requires:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• The client will conduct a background check and drug test
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience within an office environment
• Previous experience within the HVAC industry is desired but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Must be a team player, work with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and accuracy
