Administrative services operate backstage to ensure that every one of our projects takes centre stage. They are there at every step of a project to support and work alongside our creative and production teams.


Working with the Human Resources team, the Instructional Design Advisor is responsible for developing, designing and implementing innovative training aligned with Moment Factory’s strategies to ensure the development of leading-edge talent. They will identify and assess the training and skill development needs of the teams, propose effective programs and engaging training activities, and provide all required reference materials. They will implement strategies and tools to ensure skill retention, and knowledge transfer and support instructors in developing and facilitating training sessions. They will ensure the quality of the training content and maintain a thorough understanding of innovative training trends relating to new work situations.  


Analyze training needs, prioritize projects to meet the company’s needs and requests from teams.
Prepare budget forecasts, and carefully track and streamline expenses.
Explore innovative trends and implement new methods and technologies to improve learning.
Develop internal training using the ADDIE model keeping in line with adult learning principles.
Find and negotiate new potential training providers.
Assess and update the training programs.
Run the training and information sessions.
Suggest and implement strategies to make knowledge transfer easier in partnership with the relevant managers.
Give advice when selecting specialized training programs.
Evaluate training results and follow up on the existing programs.
Attend ad hoc committees on different company projects as needed.
Develop external partnerships with providers and specialized training institutions.
Maintain good business relationships with internal and external instructors.
Benchmark internal training and improvement processes using industry best practices. 


A degree or certificate in education, techno-pedagogy, training management, human resources management or any other relevant field
At least five years of experience in training and training development
Experience in the entertainment, multimedia, technology or other related field (an asset)
Proven ability to manage projects requiring the involvement of multiple stakeholders
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
Strong technology skills (Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Google Suite)
Knowledge of current LMS features and experience with multimedia development tools for e-learning (assets)
Experience in facilitating virtual training and using collaborative e-learning platforms
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours for the company's international teams
Membership in good standing with a professional order or association (an asset) 


Strong analytical and synthesis skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects with various stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
